Employee Chats by Role and Company

Since accounts on web.gid.ru are created at the time of hiring, it's the only platform where every employee is present without exception. The solution — build a chat directly into it with automatic distribution by roles and companies. When a new employee joins, they're immediately added to the right chats — no registration, no extra steps.

You can search for a colleague by name, position, or company — even if their contacts aren't saved anywhere.

Alternative Contact Methods

If a colleague isn't responding in chat, their profile contains all work contacts: phone, corporate email, and Telegram. This is where you can find what used to require manual searching — or couldn't be found at all. All contacts can be saved to your phone in one tap.

Group Chats

If an approval requires multiple colleagues, a group can be created directly in the chats section — participants are selected by name or position. Everyone is already in the system, no additional invitations needed.

Meeting Scheduling

If a colleague is unavailable right now, a meeting can be scheduled without leaving the group chat — via the built-in calendar. An invite with the date, time, and join link automatically appears in the conversation.

Based on 16 in-depth interviews, communicating with colleagues is employees' biggest pain point: contacts from other business units have to be tracked down manually through third parties. Chat directly eliminates this barrier.

Key metrics to track post-launch — DAU and Retention of EPV YY (current platform NPS is negative). Hypothesis: built-in communication gives users a reason to return to the platform daily.
